Spectacular views, great customer service, and an amazing massage! The staff were exceptionally friendly and made the whole experience so relaxing from start to finish. The only downside was that the massage went by far too quickly—it was that good! The location itself is beautiful, with stunning views that make you feel instantly calm. After the massage, there’s a lovely quiet room where you can sit back, enjoy the view again, and unwind with a water or tea. I would definitely go back again.

The most blissful experience I've had in years. I enjoyed a deep tissue massage, LED facial and hair mask. Im already contemplating my calendar for when I can get back for such a treat. The staff were delightful and the venue is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

An absolutely AMAZING experience!! I was quite nervous as it was my first time going to a day spa and didn’t know how it all worked. Julia was so kind, laid back, respectful and friendly and made me instantly feel comfortable. We had great conversations too…..very easy to talk with her. Lovely atmosphere and would certainly recommend to anyone needing some TLC. Thanks Saltair team! 🫶

This spa is undoubtedly one of the best I have been to in Melbourne - I suffer from fibromyalgia so if I am unable to go to a remedial massage, I find a local spa that does deep tissue massage. Last week, I was at a spa in Portarlington. I opted for the day spa package which was for 3.5 hours and it was just what I needed. The therapist was amazing! We had a consultation prior to my treatment to determine what I wanted out of my massage and my facial. She explained to me the package and how it would be done as it included other things, not to mention I requested to exchange the hair treatment for a foot parafin wax. The massage, despite being a deep tossue was so amazing that I uad fallen asleep at some point! My therapist really worked on my knows and problem areas and now, the next day, I am more mobile and feel so relaxed. The facial was tailor made for me and the result was astonishing! My face had a glow to it! I only met 2 of the staff members and they were friendly and professional. I loved my treatment so much that I am booked in next week for a 2.5 hour session. A must for all spa-lovers like me and for those who have never been to one before. I recommend as a special gift for someone. Oh, and did I mention the view? Spectacular!

Yesterday I had a spa treatment at salt air spa Ashcombe Road Torquay. The actual venue is exquisite with use over the ocean and out to farmland relaxing just to walk in inside. The treatment I had was a full body scrub massage and facial. It was extremely relaxing at my skin feels amazing as a result. The massage technique was great And has really made my body less tense. So I am really happy with the result . I’ve had forgotten the name of who I saw, but she was lovely and skilled as well . I highly recommend this establishment.
